Developed by the UNEP TIE OzonAction Programme under the Multilateral Fund for the Implementation of the Montreal Protocol, OASIS is an easy-to-use CD-ROM-based reference system that provides essential resource material related to the implementation of the Protocol. Although it is designed primarily for National Ozone Units (NOUs), industry associations, and enterprises in developing countries, OASIS will be a useful information resources for anyone who is directly or indirectly involved in the phase out of ozone depleting substances (ODS).
