Produced by The Working Group on Climate Change and Development, this first-time report says global warming threatens to reverse human progress, and make the international targets on halving global poverty by 2015, known as the Millennium Development Goals, unattainable.

Up in Smoke states a truly global solution is necessary to stop dangerous climate change, one that will need to be fair and based on human equality.
