A reference document designed for use by ODS officers and legal officers in Article 5 countries responsible for structuring and drafting of regulations to control and eliminate the use of ODS. It provides a brief overview of the structure and strategies in existing ODS regulations, which encompasses all governmental directives of a legally-binding nature. Also contains information about governmental guidelines, voluntary agreements and cooperation with industry, cooperation with industry associations, economic disincentives and labelling schemes.
