Since its formation in 1996, COASAD has striven to monitoring and ensuring the availability of food for Africa’s increasing population. It has done this through workshops and seminars where it has sensitized policy makers, legislators and other national and local leaders as well as stakeholders/actors on the necessity for advancing policies, strategies and actions that promote food security.
