Delivery Times are approximate and are quoted from dispatch date and not order date. Many factors outside of the control of Earthprint can influence the despatch date. These factors can include publications being subject to availability, national holidays, local courier services and the Customs services within certain country destinations.
We will always try and ensure that we keep you informed of any possible delays as soon as we are aware of any factors that may be affecting your despatch date.
Always check your ‘Junk’ or Spam’ folders for your order confirmation emails, if you don’t receive your email directly into your ‘inbox’.
Occasionally some import deliveries attract Tax or Customs duties, although for most countries book are duty free. If this does happen the customs duties or fees must be paid by the customer.
All our delivery services are handled by EP Global Distribution, a sister company to Earthprint Ltd. Books are always sent by Express Delivery, using the best shipper for the appropriate country, and backed up by our customer services team.
On orders where multiple books have been requested, we would ordinarily wait for all the books to be consolidated into one shipment before despatch. This can take extra time. However, if you require the stocked publications to be dispatched separately please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as extra shipping charges may apply.
If you have any questions about your confirmation of order, or delivery, please first look at our FAQ’s section and then refer to email@example.com where one of our customer services team will be happy to assist you.
