Delivery Times are approximate and are quoted from dispatch date and not order date. Many factors outside of the control of Earthprint can influence the despatch date. These factors can include publications being subject to availability, national holidays, local courier services and the Customs services within certain country destinations.
We will always try and ensure that we keep you fully informed, by email, of any possible delays as soon as we are aware of any factors that may be affecting your despatch date.
Occasionally some import deliveries attract Tax or Customs duties, although for most countries, books are duty free. If this does happen the customs duties or fees must be paid by the customer.
All our delivery services are handled by EP Global Distribution, a sister company to Earthprint Books Ltd. Books are always sent by Express Delivery, using the best shipper for the appropriate country, and backed up by our customer services team. All Express deliveries are monitored by our Free Tracking Service, the details of which will be sent to you when your order is despatched

When books are despatched a ‘tracking number’ is issued and emailed to the email address provided on you order. This is a free service with all orders through Earthprint.com. Always check your ‘Junk’ or Spam’ folders for your email containing your Tracking Number details, if you don’t receive your email directly into your ‘in-box’. If for any reason these details are still not received please contact email@example.com
In the event of a book being ‘Out of Print’, Earthprint will automatically supply the new edition as a replacement. If a book is ‘Out of Print’ and no new edition is available, it is no longer possible for Earthprint to stock or order the publication.
We will normally supply you with the most recent available edition of your chosen book(s). Sometimes this will mean that you receive a different edition from the one referred to in your subject guide for your course. Universities advise that generally it is helpful to study with the most recent edition of a core textbook. You can use the detailed chapter and section headings in the book plus the index to identify relevant readings, and you should also check your VLE (course intranet) regularly for updated guidance on readings.
If you have problems identifying relevant material in the edition of the textbook that you have received, please raise a query using Programme leader.
